For this whole “internet is essential” thing I keep seeing is a load of bullsh*t. Cox can’t install, centurylink doesn’t have a free terminal in my neighborhood, god damn Satellite Internet is full too. So legit just waiting for NV to let @CoxHelp install, which is TBD. It’s lit.

I have never been so annoyed with @CoxComm I ordered new internet. Needed a new modem. Now I was told it would be here by today. UPS has not been given the package. I was told by cox today that it was delivered. I’m so annoyed. Ups still hasn’t picked it up. Help @CoxHelp

@CoxHelp Hi Colleen, I assure you this is a daily issue and nothing to do w/ maintenance. I would rather have kept my existing service, since it worked great until our recent pandemic circ*mstances and the upgrades did not fix the problem of being throttled at these hours.

@CoxHelp I’m absolutely shocked at how incredibly difficult it is to get any real help from your team. New service at a new residence — 6 days later I still have no call from the install team & can’t get through to customer service. I rely on WiFi for work & my kids online school

Update: @CoxHelp has been VERY diligent via e mail, social media messaging and voice calls to try to fix this. I believe they ARE working hard to make sure all of us get our internet zooming at the speeds we pay to enjoy in our homes. I’ll keep you all posted. 🙏

@CoxComm Warning to customers. Be very careful to not over pay your bill. They will jump you through hoops and still not return your money, even after telling you the check is in the mail. Been a customer for a long time and can’t believe how poor their processes are.

@SteveSebelius @CoxComm Century Link. We tried CL a few years back and it wasn't a workable option (really slow connection speed). But we tried them again after some updates in the neighborhood and they were just as fast as Cox at half the price.

@CoxHelp My internet is down for last 4 hours. The app was showing that the repair would be completed before 6.10 PM. Now it's showing the repair would be done before 10.30 PM. Can you please check what's going on? It's really unacceptable to stay without 8hrs without internet.

@CoxHelp I received a survey regarding my recent call to Customer Service. I talked to 2 different Cox reps; one was cordial & helpful, but the second sounded like he would rather have been anywhere else. The survey I received does not let me differentiate between the 2. Help, please.

@CoxHelp @rickdickow @coxhelp how about an explanation of what happened. With such a large area out there must be a reason for the outage. Y’all’s outage has shut down a ton of businesses today and cost many of your clients lots of money but no one has explained the reasoning behind the outage.
